Healthy Snack Ideas

Please send a healthy snack with your child in a separate lunch bag (i.e. not loose in their backpack) as well as water in a reusable bottle. Please label the lunch bag and water bottle with your child's name.

Norwood French Immersion Preschool adheres to a strict peanut/nut-free policy. 

Additionally, mustard must be avoided in the classroom for the 2023 / 2024 school year due to in-class allergies.

Children are not permitted to share snacks with one another.

A recommendation is to include something from three of the four food groups found in Canada's Food Guide.

Please avoid sending your child to school with junk food, candy, and juice boxes.
